We invite you to join us on June 15, 2024 for the
JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION OF FREEDOM
for African Americans
Location: 3415 Oakley Road, Antioch, CA 94509
Time: 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Important Note: Vendor Setup time will take place from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
The purpose of this event is to inform, educate and unify the community of Antioch through music, entertainment and community engagement. Your participation is key to the success of the Celebration and by participating in this event as a Vendor/Exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to connect and personally invite community members to your place of business or organization. This will allow you to present a message of communal respect between Antioch’s businesses, organizations and the community which we serve.
As a Vendor/Exhibitor, we would like for your business/organization to provide all event attendees with information about you, small incentives or discounts that encourage them to visit your business organization, informational flyers/pamphlets that provide resources to educational, outreach and/or support service, and anything that you deem beneficial to our attendees. Attached you will find the Vendor Registration Form as well as the Vendor Rules and Conditions for Participation.
Booth space for Profit businesses is $200.00 and Nonprofit businesses is $125.00.
The above fees for booth space "does not" apply to food/beverage vendors.

Vendors will be provided with a 6' foot table and two chairs, but must supply their own canopy or tent. Fees can be paid through Pay Pal or on the Grace Arms website at www.gracearmsofantioch.org. You can also call Grace Arms Administrative office at (925) 522-2017 to place your order. If paying by check, make checks payable to Grace Arms of Antioch.

If you are not finding a specific area you like to support you can enter "basic support" or you can contact us and we will get in touch with you.
Registering to be a volunteer does not guarantee that you will be assigned to any one area. As needed volunteers will be assigned where the greatest need is for the moment. We appreciate your flexibility ahead of time.
